I'm Nikki Wells, an independent yoga instructor based in Southern California, currently offering group and private classes online.
My approach to yoga is non-traditional and inclusive. Whether you're new to yoga, have limited mobility, or are a long-time enthusiast, my classes are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all practitioners.
In my classes, we explore the connection between breath, body, and mind through breath work, meditation, and posture practice, in a Hybrid Gentle Stretch and Hatha Flow style. Each class is carefully curated to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance, with a focus on mindfulness, presence, and self-awareness.
